The hotel was clean and staff was friendly but smoke smell was overwhelming, even in a non-smoking room. Could not stand to walk down the hallway to the elevator. Room was outdated but bed was comfortable Would not stay here again due to smoking policy. Smoking rooms were mixed in with non-smoking rooms instead of segregated.

Room was fine, much larger than the week before in Texarkana and $70 less. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than many, easy on/off of I-30. Getting a hotel room in Texarkana is not easy now, had to try three before they called a fourth hotel to hold their only room for the night.

We stopped here for 1 night on a long road trip. The hotel was very adequate but nothing spectacular. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but not fancy. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Overall a very good place to stop for the night.

Price was a little high for the room & we had alot of rooms for a softball team and parents. Bathroom was dirty with hair on floor, bed was okay. Someone was in the parking lot going through some of the vehicles, cops were there. Breakfast was okay, but we had a large group. Laundry room was clean.

My sister, brother-in-law and I spent the first night of our week vacation at the Holiday Inn Express in Hope, Arkansas. Our rooms were both clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good. If I ever find myself in Hope I would not hesitate to spend the night again.
