i stayed there for 3 days 2 night it was a great hotel this was by the end of 2008, breakfast worth its money. not that far from downtown, room were clean, bellman one of the most important people you should meet

I satyed in a first floor Business Class Room for one night. The room was big and confortable. The service was ok. Carpets were a bit old. Great breakfast and good internet connection. It's a bit pricy

The suites have an excellent setup for the rooms, very good taste. The bathrooms have relaxing jets after a long day. I have stayed in this hotel in a business trip. The hotel is confortable but it shows some age. Food is good and there are several restaurants at the hotel. Comparing with similar hotels in the world the hotel is average but in Caracas is the best. However it is overpriced for the service.
