We had a great five day experience in Caracas and the JW was PERFECT. Great rooms added to a helpful staff made our stay just wonderful! Convenient distance to all restaurants and points of interest. The hotel is the best ive stayed in Caracas but two drawbacks are the price which is absurd, and also the breakfast service is not good. Elevators are very old and take a lot of time. Not the WW Marriott experience but very close. More

Expectations Expectations. The hotel is located to the business east district in Caracas. Close to many restaurants (by taxi) and clubs. Remember not to walk/wandering around. Caracas is very dangerous. Service in Venezuela is tricky so for average service standards in Caracas I would say is above average. Overall, good for business trip and short visits to Caracas. More
