I'll get the cons out of the way: renos on the rooms were still going on and you're getting the basics in the rooms compared to the rest of the hotel. The posada is not a 5* hotel itself - frankly speaking some restoration work would be necessary and nice - but it is clean, correct and very secure... Posada Picasso is not a 5-star hotel it self, but we were SOOO comfortable here, mostly because of the excellent service, we've never been treated this good, even at 4-5 star hotels. You wont find a more friendly and helpful englishspeaking (this was very important for us since we dont speak spanish, and very few here in Margarita speaks english)... More

“perfect location, right on the beach and all the shops you can imagine in walking distance”

I stayed at this place (which is called posada picasso now) for 1 week. The employees are very friendly and the rooms are clean and fully equipped with Sat-TV, aircond., free WiFi and refrigerator.
