We stopped off for some lunch and were delighted with this place. My lamb burger was home made and lovely. One of our group had the chicken suet pudding which was wonderful and I wish I had had that! The service was first class and this would be an ideal spot for a lunch break or an evening drink.

unfortunately I can only say the food was just average. Portions were good but the taste was bland. The actual bar area is like a 70's time warp, very dark and dull. Sorry but was disappointed.
