I would think that this hotel relies a lot on the cruise industry. It is budget-style, but is very comfortable. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, the rooms are good 4-star quality, and the dining rooms is justifiably popular. We stayed there for 2 nights before a cruise, and wouldn't stay anywhere else if sailing from Harwich.

Good location. Very Helpful and Friendly Staff. Close to Ferry Port, Dovercourt Sea Front and Harwich Town Centre. Lots of parking. More than one Superstore within easy walking distance. If your getting an early Ferry you could not stay in a better place.

Two nights B&B for four for £115. A good night's sleep had by all, followed by a very decent breakfast. No complaints! i would have rather stayed somewhere with a sea view and a bit more character, but would not have found anything at this price and level of comfort.

Stayed here one night only Easter Sunday, Lovely large room, very comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff. Only down side was had a long wait for our breakfast about 45 minutes as hotel was busy.............dah more staff. Overall very good and would stay again. Well done premier.
