This was my first visit and I was delighted to find that my single room, although compact, was at the front with a view out across the bay. It is a lovely old house, beautifully kept with a welcoming, calm atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent. I'd certainly visit again and will recommend to friends.

Whilst we only stayed the one night we were both very pleased with the service we received during this stay. The staff were good as was the room and the breakfast was first class. I will use this holet again next time we are the area.

A lovely ospitable atmosphere greeted me as I arrived, and booked into my very nice room. Bed extremely comfortable, and the management friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and set me up well for the seond leg of a mini walking-tour. An ideal B&B. Many thanks.

Stayed at the Kersbrook for 2 nights. I was extremely disappointed with the accommodation. If it was for £65 a night then I wouldn't be complaining but at over a £100 a night it was terrible. Lady who greeted us very nice and helpful. Breakfast good. Rooms need updating. Our rooms on the ground floor were very cold, heating didnt seem to be working but was working ok in the morning. Attractive, characterful house with comfortable room. The proprieters were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were very good. We enjoyed the main sitting room where there were games for children as well as WiFi, and we found it a good base from which to explore Lyme Regis.
