“Disappointing 5star hotel”

My wife and I were there from 5th to 19th April and was very disappointed that fr a 5 star hotel the swimming pools were freezing even the one that was heated. We stayed for the 8th time in this beautiful hotel. The staff in the hole resort is very friendly, especially in the Restaurant "El Bernegal" an d the "Beach Club" Restaurant.
