Just arrived home from a 10 day break at the Hotel Florida our 2nd visit in the last 6 months. Staff excellent nothing is too much trouble from the reception staff to dining room staff in fact the dining room staff work so hard i would be surprised if an empty plate was left on our table for longer than 30 seconds all holiday.
