Nicely refurbished , good position, good SPA, poor mentainance , poor food quality (especially at breakfast), very expensive food at noon or dinner. When season peak (like winter holidays or Eastern) services are very poor they probably have few personel. Avoid at all costs the restaurant.

Hotel Orizont has a very unique position and view. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. It is a memorable experience to wake up and see the surrounding mountains. Services very poor People serving even don't realize that they have problems : The restaurant is closed between 10-12 am and you can never eat anything during this period (even if you pay), the other restaurant - is open start with 12 o' clock and room service is not available, so if you get up late you have to stay... Good overall impression. Small rooms, but very clean; also nice view. Good service and foods. Rather small swimming pool and jacuzzi area; enjoyed the saunas though. Also, the conference rooms and business area was somewhere above average.
