We stayed at new year and found this a very family friendly hotel. Having said that I can understand that the numbers of kids might have made it unpleasant for couples on their own. Not the smartest hotel it is true but has something you can't buy - a truly relaxed atmosphere that means you can let go and recharge....

The room is nice and big, its abit dated but worst of all its bloody freezing. It has a towel rail size radiator to heat a huge room. We stayed here recently while we were on another of our classic car runs and yet again we had a great time.Food was really good and staff were always helpful.Bedroom was quite large and we had a lovely view across the bay.Hope to return again next year on another one of our outings..
