The hotel was lovely with good amenities. Thought it lacked a personal touch. Didnt seem to be a manager around checking with customers if all was well. Short staffed in general, staff that were there seemed under pressure all the time. Was disappointed in the lack of fresh fish on menu(considering the location). Fish I did have was not good! more

Stayed at this hotel many times before a few years ago. Bar currently getting renovated - they would need to continue renovation to entire hotel. Rooms, furniture and bedding badly worn. We were booked to stay 3 nights and left after 1 night! In fairness they only charged for food and drink. And staff are lovely. Worst hotel experience ever. more

This was a last minute trip to Killybegs and the Bay View Hotel was all we could find.
