We spent two nights here weekend of the 10th May 2012. On arrival we were offered tea, coffee and delicious home made scones and jam. The hosts were really helpful but not obtrusive, they were also really attentive. When we said we were going to a wedding they immediately gave us taxi numbers that ran all night and made suggestions... More

lovely stay in Sunville, rooms clean and cosy, breakfast was delicious especially the home made scones only downside no black pudding on the menu which is my favourite part of a full irish, plenty of parking, will definitely use again if looking for B&B in Ballycotton area

Sunville Bed and breakfast is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the town of Ballycotton in Co. Cork. A group of 3 of us stayed there in early August 2012 for a friends wedding. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the owners Anna and Paddy could not have been more hospitable. Breakfast was a full Irish breakfast or your... More

Great welcome by the owners. Fantastic home made food, especially the scones and bread. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a wedding near to the B&B at 2pm and they let us keep our room to get ready which was very thoughtful . Very comfortable room and we would deffinately return if we visited the area again.

Thank you for your review. As I'm sure you will appreciate, it is normal for hotels and guesthouses to charge the full B and B rate where a booking is not filled on the expected day of arrival. In your case your husband called us at approx. 6pm on the evening in question to cancel your reservation. We had already... More

Lovely B&B. Clean, good sized rooms, plenty of parking space. Delicious tea and home made scones on arrival and an excellent breakfast in the morning. Lovely welcome from the hosts who took great trouble in advising us about local restaurants and places to visit.

Sunville House is by far the best B&B I've ever stayed in. Wonderful hosts, *incredible* rooms (spacious, well-decorated, extremely comfy beds) and terrific breakfast - large selection of delicious cooked and continental foods. Couldn't recommend this highly enough.

Short but pleasant stay at the Sunville. Great location if you need to visit Ballycotton (as I did) or Ballymaloe (as I did). Comfy bed, nice ensuite bathroom, and a couple of scones on arrival. I had continental breakfast, but there was a variety of cooked breakfast options too. Very welcoming hosts.

We had only 1 night with the lovely folk at Sunville and it wasn't enough. The home is marvellous, plenty of space to unwind and relax and our room was beautiful with really good facilities. I hadn't been home to Ireland for a while so it was a delightful surprise to know good old fashioned Irish hospitality is still alive... More

Close to Ballycotton and the beautiful cliff walk. Excellent, clean, spacious, bright room. Beautiful surroundings. Perfect hosts, extremely helpful, but unobtrusive and professional. Breakfast was exceptional. Our best stay so far in Ireland
