Showed up at 13.15 (1.15pm) to be received with a "people come here to eat a meal. The restaurant is closed". In France? When lunch drags on to 14.30? Not even polite enough to say that the restaurant was full. They will never see my money

It is in a beautiful quiet rural area with a view away over to Mont Blanc. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable, and the staff very pleasant. The food was excellent.
