Our recent stay at the New Orleans was well worth the money. The Hotel is historic but not outdated. The room was up to date and very comfy. I wish I had the bathtub our room had in my home. It was heaven. With the hotel being downtown, we were concerned about parking but were very pleased to find that... More

This was absolutely the best value for location in ES. I have stayed in ES before, but this was my 1st time at the New Orleans. We always stay downtown, and this was perfect. It is old-timey southern, but the rooms are wonderfully up to date. The staff is second to none, and the continental breakfast was very high quality, not... More

My wife and I had our second stay at this great hotel over the New Year's holiday weekend. First, let me say, our reservation had been pushed out from November due to a family scheduling issue, and never did they try to cancel us. Instead, they worked very hard to help us find an opening for a visit. This hotel... More

My husband and I had never been to Eureka before and booked a room at The New Orleans based on recommendations from this website. We loved it! Yes, it's an old building but that's part of what's neat about Eureka. The hotel was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable, and it's one of the best locations in town.... More

Hubby and I visit Eureka Springs twice a year when we can get away. Because we waited so long to make a reservation, the only room left was a king bed option with a jacuzzi. Mind you, we're usually thrifty people, so the luxury of a jacuzzi was not our style. After pacing Eureka Springs and putting quite a few... More

I loved this hotel! It is right in the middle of all the action. The room was large and lovely, the bed comfortable and the town is very quaint. It was great fun wandering the hilly streets. We were only there for one night but it made us want to go back again. There are no elevators, they do have... More

Very elegant, clean and great location. Try the Voulez Vous restaurant! Very nicely decorated and delicious food. Loved the beef oscar. We were not able to stay for the show so cannot rate the entertainment. Looks like it would be a fun place on the weekends but were we looking for a quiet, romantic place which it was during the... My boyfriend and I recently traveled to Eureka Springs on an impromptu vacation with no advance reservations made. We thought we would probably stay at The Crescent, but when we went there, we weren't pleased with the location as we wanted to be more centrally located in the historical loop. We saw the New Orleans Hotel & Spa in the... More

I highly recommend the Crown Chakra Energy work with Catherina at the Suchness Spa in the New Orleans Hotel. If your brain is always going, or you have had an event in your life that you are dwelling on it is time for energy work to let it go. This method helps open up the flow of energy in the... More
