stayed 6 nights. Liked location. Room wasn't cleaned at all one night and desk clerk was irritated when we asked for clean towels She offered no apology for missing cleaning or any adjustment on bill.. Noisy party one night from 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. Room was adequate, bed was comfortable.

This is a very basic property comprised of 3-4 separate buildings with smallish rooms and older TV's offering limited cable. It is located amidst several more expensive hotels on a commercial loop. We came here not having much in the way of expectations, but the property was not a disappointment. Due to a construction project on the major road near the hotel, getting to the hotel was not straightforward without gps.
The room had an outside entrance. There were a lot of truckers staying there, but given that this is a two-star...

We had an emergency and picked the first hotel we saw, which was the Oak Tree Inn. It was just okay. The beds were hard and the room was very basic. If you just need a place to stay, this place will do.
