Fully enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is a definite 3 star however it is clean, affordable, service was fantastic, food even better! Probably had the best meal of our trip in this little place! Location is excellent. Just 51 miles to the Grand Canyon. Williams is the 'coolest' town I have visited in the US. Would definitely go back for... More

For a realtively recent construction, this place is on the decline. This could be done so much better, it is ashame that this place was built like a barracks and maintained like a barn. It appears this place capitalized on location and the expense of many other things.

The hotel is well located and looks good from outsude, but needs renovation. The carpet looks old and the refrigerator in the room was very noizy. Besides that everything went fine as expected from a Holiday Inn hotel. The hotel is close to the Route 66 and nice restaurants and stores.

Friendly staff and interesting guests. Indoor pool and spa were great. Breakfast at Doc Holliday's is well worth it! This is an ideal venue to visit the Grand Canyon. Looking forward to our next stay.

Stayed here after visiting the Grand Canyon, as the hotel is only an hour away from it. We got a good deal for the hotel through Hotwire Hot Rate and thought that it was fine for one night. However, I would not stay here for a longer stay. The hotel is pretty old and definitely needs some remodeling. From outside,... More

After waiting in line for about 20 minutes and loading tons of luggage on a luggage cart and looking for an eleveator we discovered none! My husband no way could lift all the luggage. We decided I would look at the room and if we were going to stay there we would pull out what we needed for the night... More

Located in a great little tourist town, but this Holiday Inn was very disappointing. Looks quaint upon entry, but after the girl at the desk scanned our debit card and we were signed in, she said, "oh, by the way, there is no elevator." What! Why didn't she mention that before taking our money! And, I have a painful knee.... More

We apologize for the inconvenience of not having an elevator. Your hotel stay has been used as a retraining opportunity for our staff regarding both the housekeeping and the enforcement of no smoking in our hotel. The Holiday Inn Williams is a full service hotel and does not offer complimentary breakfast, however we do offer specially discounted meals to our... More

Stayed one night here as a stop on our way to Grand Canyon. Easy to find and walking distance to town center. Rooms were of average size, clean but with very outdated furniture. The bed was extremely comfortable, best bed I slept in on the whole trip! Minus: we continuously got electric shocks when unlocking our door, don't know why,... More

We were welcome very warmly and we were given a good welcome bag that included two free drinks at the bar. When my wife asked for a better room she was pleased and they informed us we could check out late if we needed be. Great experence to be treated like a welcome guest.
