This is a typical motel, but the room we had was really huge. All the facilities you would expect and well cleaned. The continental breakfast is quite basic, but there is a DIY waffle maker, and a very good selection of pastries. We asked for a dinned recommendation and were given a description of a number of places to go.... More

Recently had the opportunity to stay at The Lodge on Route 66 in Williams, AZ. All I can say is, wow. The room looks to be recently updated with large, comfortable beds and lots of Southwestern U.S. furnishings, style, and charm throughout. The bedding, towels, carpet, etc. were all exceptionally clean. Extensive continental breakfast (with "make-your-own waffles") was also included.... More

This was a real surprise! At first glance a typical roadside motel but were were delighted to find a super clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff, excellent bed, linens, nice decor, good breakfast. Suggestion--offer milk for the coffee, not everyone takes creamer. I found a lovely cafe down the road that had an excellent coffee latte, cant remember the name... More

Arrived on 14th May 2013 after our visit to the Hoover Dam for 2 nights as a base for the Grand Canyon. The room no15 was clean tidy and compact and suitable for somewhere to get our heads down after a long drive from Las Vegas via the Dam. My only complaint is that in my opinion the blinds on... More

This classic horseshoe shaped motor lodge along Williams' main street has been completely renovated to modern tastes and standards. This property provides a nice continental B'fast and center court fireplace area where you can enjoy evening conversation and watch the Grand Canyon train arrive. Close walk to downtown shops and restaurants.

Found this place on Tripadvisor....looks to be an old motel, but renovated. Price very reasonable at less than $100 a night for a queen room. The decor is awesome, we were pleasantly surprised! The dining area for the complimentary breakfast was great also! We really loved the place, and definitely would stay again! Very clean! Great decor! Stroll through this... More

We needed a place to stay the night before heading to our one day tour of the Grand Canyon and were delighted by the small, comfortable, clean and inviting Lodge on Route 66. We are a retired couple and enjoyed our comfy stay in a room whose walls were adorned with wonderful art, a spacious bath area and comfortable pillow... More

We stayed 1 night in the Chicago room (room 19) which had a fireplace in living room, high table with 4 chairs in dining room. The place was immaculate. Check in and check out was a breeze with the very friendly staff. Bed was very comfy and the shower just perfect. Would have loved to stay here another night, but... More

We stayed two nights at The Lodge on Historic Route 66 in Williams, Arizona. It was lovely! Spacious, clean, luxurious and a welcome oasis after spending the day hiking The Grand Canyon.
