And Francine Jo, the manager could have cared less about the situation. Stay any where else. Rooms, lobby, staff, everyone in this hotel is a direct clone of the manager. They all need retraining in customer service, common sense and common decency!

Find another hotel in the area. Very expensive for what you get. Small room, fridge didn't work, it smelt musty. Although this hotel was clean, quiet, and had friendly service, it was way overpriced for the quality of the room. The best thing about the hotel was the restaurant breakfast, which was excellent. The hotel was right next door to the Code Talkers (free) and Navajo Nation Museums (nominal fee), both attractions were very good and worth visiting.

We stayed one night in this Inn after having carefully looked at the other possibilities and were positively impressed. The rooms were clean and spacious, there was a laundry facility in the garden, overall we had a good stay for our money. Would stay again.

This is a more than adequate hotel we pre-booked because it fitted our route and it was nice and clean with a very friendly atmosphere. We were also offered, (and accepted), free Frybread, because it was a Friday I think. Recommended.
