Hotel location is a poor. Very misleading with rooms. No balcony as stated .refrigerator not working.Not as close to ASU as you are led to believe. Very poor response time on call backs. Not customer friendly. More

We enjoyed this hotel very much. Large, clean room at an affordable price. We were in Tempe for a football game. The hotel was right on the light rail so no need to drive your car to ASU and worry about parking. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. More
