This historical location was a perfect getaway for 12 people. We were delighted to have such a beautiful space for team building and goal setting. This is what Sedona is about with all the modern amenities. We loved it and will come again.

With trepidation I booked a stay at the Saddlerock Ranch in Sedona. The reviews were mixed, but the views and house looked so magnificent I decided to give it a try. In the end, it far exceeded my expectations. The house was incredibly well decorated and comfortable. The garden and grounds exude natural beauty, like a Western version of Monet's... More

I know the reviews "say" that John Wayne slept here but when I walked in and saw an autographed picture of him on the mantel of one of the many fireplaces, I was not only impressed but intrigue set in. Then a twinge of deja vu hit imagining the cowboy of all time swaggering across the original flagstone floor and... More

I decided to book this B&B after reading that it was one of the best places to stay in Sedona and it had one of the best views. I made a reservation in January directly with the owner. It was very difficult to make contact with her either by e-mail or phone. I have since learned that she does not... More

After making a reservation and talking with the new owner via phone in November, I received a confirming email. Imagine my surprise when I emailed a couple of days ago to confirm how to get into the property that the owner had no idea I was coming. She had a family of five staying the house where I had a... I did everything that I could possible do to find this person a good alternative to Saddlerock including our Honeymoon Suite. It is standard procedure to make a deposit for the room and there was no deposit made. Therefore, this was not a finalized reservation. I offered her the Honeymoon suite immediately and then found her 2 other rooms at... More

My husband and I spent eight luxurious nights at the B&B at Saddlerock at the beginning of October. I booked this trip with Fran in June. One of the main reasons why I chose to stay at a B&B, as opposed to a hotel, was to have the extra “human” touch that is lost when you stay at a hotel.... More

hands in late June. It was everything we were looking for and surpassed our expectations. While there, we were told it was in the midst of being sold and there was someone training with the previous owner. Not only did the trainee seem uninterested in going the extra mile assisting us with the activities Sedona had to offer, he did... More

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and could not have asked for a better location to spend this time. The hospitallity was exceedingly gracious, with great breakfasts and help on planning activities for the day. The grounds were peaceful, secluded, and the views were inspiring with a great morning walk to Airport Vortex. We will return!

The views are still gorgeous and you are still close to everything, but the new owners have no idea how to run a B&B. There was renovation going on the entire time we were there. We rented the full B&B (3 rooms) and when we got there they had added another room, but had not bothered to tell us, so... More
