First, very dog friendly with reasonable rules. My favorite kind of place. Quiet, clean, good size spaces, right next to the river, laundry facility and showers/toilets. Extremely centrally located in Sedona. Easy to find. Can walk to town (1/2 mile or so). Lots of shade to keep it cool but sheltered from any wind. We enjoyed it so much we... More

Friends had recommended Rancho Sedona and they were right, it was great! We had a large spot along the creek that the kids and dog loved. Enjoyed walks down there and even a mini-picnic on one of the larger rocks. Kids liked biking around and family volleyball (they also have tetherball and ladder ball) with a picnic bench nearby. Walking/biking... More

We usually shy away from the commercial RV Parks but Rancho Sedona is cut from a different cloth. The sites are spacious with nice concrete pads for the picnic table, a grassy spot for enjoying the outdoors under the Sycamore, Elm & Cottonwood Trees. Onsite laundry and even clothes lines are nice for those of us on long trips. There... More

This is the best location to camp in Sedona. Right in town below old town shopping is walking distance. Very well run and maintained, sure they have strict rules but you know that when you check in. Very quiet and safe, grass and concrete sites. The shower was hot and very clean! All dogs and people were very well behaved.... More

If all RV campgrounds were like this one I'd never go home. Beautiful natural surroundings while virtually adjoining the town of Sedona, well landscaped but understated. Homey, well controlled and peaceful but not at all stuffy. This is clearly a family affair and not a corporate property and they really care.

Could not have the site we wanted or be in the area we wanted although it was empty. We are 33 feet and was told that the area we wanted to be in was for 32 max!!!!! The sites there are well over 40 feet. We needed to do laundry and wanted to be near the laundry room. So they... More

Rancho Sedona RV park is the perfect RV park in the heart of Sedona. I was worried it wouldn't feel like getting away outside but it's nestled in a little valley on the creek. We got snow- which was gorgeous and I'm happy to say the bathroom was toasty warm with plenty of hot water! There are many great hikes... More

Clean and organized on Oak Creek, this RV park is walking distance from shops and restaurants of upper Sedona. Clean and heated bathrooms, although there is only one in the entire park. The management takes great care to keep the park clean. They maintain a recycling program. No tents here. Check out the Executive sites on the creek.

We decided to rent an RV and drive to Sedona. Being that we had never been there before we decided to stay at Rancho Sedona for its proximity to town and for its positive reviews. We arrived to the park after hours and they had our paperwork and spot waiting for us outside at the check-in area (very helpful!) Our... More

Stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed the place. Here's why: - Heated bathrooms/ showers! - Magazine racks in bathrooms - hot/ cold water at dish washing station (though a light out there as well would be nice) - Friendly and helpful staff - knowledgeable regarding trails in the area, and jump started our car within 2 minutes...
