Affordable, clean and comfortable, this motel is very well located near the "Y". The rooms are spacious and has useful amenities like fridge and microwave. The bathroom has a night lamp, a useful feature. The sit out at the end of room#32 is a great place to relax. More

While it's not the newest place in town, the rooms are immaculate, the location is great(within walking distance to downtown Sedona), and Bill the owner was extremly helpful.
