If Old Town Scottsdale is your destination, you can't go wrong with Homestead Suites. The price, location, staff and cleanliness can't be beat. A well equipped kitchen allows you to not have to eat out every meal. A little maintenance in the bathroom would have helped but it was very clean. More

Small studio suit (with full refrigerator, stove, kitchen sink). Horrible & small TV. But for about 36$ per night in summer a great value. You'd probably would have to pay 100$ a night to see any improvement. Clean. A block or two from old town, so great place to avoid DUI. More

The "suite" was pretty small, but hey for the money, its fine. The laundry is very handy. Parking right in front. Walking distance to Old Town (a block or so). 5 minute walk to Scottsdale Stadium to see major league baseball. Very nice stadium.
