“Really a plus Best Western”

Great location, very friendly staff and nicely renovated rooms. They also offer a very nice breakfast. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds equal a good nights sleep. This should be a plus motel in the Best Western rating system (its that good).

Staff was friendly, room was clean, but smelled a little funny. Hotel is in a good location, it was easy to get to many different places. Breakfast was a little picked over when we got there and it took a little for it to get restocked, but was included in rate, and wasn't too bad. For what we paid, overall... More

“Great location; Great price.”

Hotel is in a perfect location. The value is there considering what is around the hotel. Plenty of restaurants close by. The Casino is also close by if your need to play is calling. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay here again. The room was clean and had plenty of towels.

“Exceptional staff, very pleasant stay,”

I'm glad I booked here. Rooms was fair in size, very clean and comfy. The breakfast was a treat. Customer service (front desk clerks, don't remember their names now) was outstanding. Extremely friendly and eager to assist with directions. I visited Pinetop on my way to Phoenix and stayed for one night. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended.... More

“Plwasant Stay”

We were only in the Pinetop Area for 1 day/night and the hotel was nice. It is a good central location close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel room was average size with a comfortable bed and a very good breakfast. Would stay here again.

This a fairly new property and our stay was very enjoyable. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. We had a group of 20 who enjoyed their hospitality and eagerness to please. There is nothing more wonderful than having a nice warm breakfast in the morning before exploring.
