We were meeting our friends from San Diego, CA to attend the Fleetwood Mac concert In Phoenix. Our freinds prefer to stay at Embassy Suites so we wisely chose this hotel for our reunion. The hotel did not dissapoint! and neither did Fleetwood Mac

Very dated property, older style furnishings. Hotel staff made up for the deficits! Hotel pretty nice, Rooms are really nice and décor is great and comfy. staff in breakfast are rude. Receptionist very friendly, rooms very clean and comfy. I would stay there again just not go to their complimentary breakfast station.

While this hotel sounds and looks good on-line. It is in a sketchy area. We were not comfortable walking to the corner store. It is a 12 minute drive from the airport. It is clearly and old hotel remodeled to the Embassy Standards.

Cheapest Embassy Suite ever. Tiny kitchen. Must have HHonors Logon ID and password to use the computer free. Cabinet doors fake and cheap. An old building updated very cheaply, security issues with outside door entry. Pay for parking.

Great, central location in Phoenix. Very friendly stsff. Didn't use the pool, but it looked inviting. Free breakfast to order was not only very good, but the "Chef" was pleasant and asked questions/gave suggestions for customizing it.

This hotel features a nice quiet oasis around the pool on a hot day with helpful staff; a good value for the money. We will return again. It is close to downtown and the airport and a good hub for visiting Phoenix.
