The staff was was great very accommodating. the room/suite was very clean and super nice. Great kitchen. The room was large in general and overall a great place. I would not recommend it... More

Next door to the Mayo Clinic the room comes with a small kitchen, couch, Wifi, desk and king bed. The staff was great even found us coffee at 4:30 am. They have a free grocery delivery service available which is nice. We were here because of the Mayo Clinic but would stay here again if we were in Scottsdale area.... More

I stayed at the Residence Inn Phoenix Desert View, located next to the Mayo Clinic, over Thanksgiving weekend. My experience was second to none. We arrived very late and check in was fast and courteous, despite the fact that it was after 1:00 am. I'm sure the person working behind the desk was tired, but you would never know that... More

Let me start by say this is a great choice if you have business a Mayo. However, if you are on vacation it not a very good choice. Beds very, very firm and somewhat rumpled when we check in. Really need to iron those linens otherwise it is not a very inviting. This not the first Residence Inn where I... More

The good: room was spacious and clean; looked relatively new. If you are there for the Mayo Clinic, I'm sure it offers everything one needs. However, the rate for my stay was obviously jacked up since it was the overflow hotel for a conference I was attending at the nearly JW Marriott. I would have given the Residence Inn an... More

My friends and I loved this place. The room was so nicely decorated that we posed for pictures when we arrived. We had a 2 bedroom suite at an unbelievable price. A night's stay in the suite (with kitchen and 2 baths) was the price of a night's stay in a standard room in Sedona. The pool area and outdoor... More

I stayed here in April 2010 while in Phoenix for work. My suite was great, breakfast was awesome. Good location if you want to be in the desert ridge area. Highly recommended. More

We picked this hotel because it is right across the parking lot from the Mayo Clinic where my wife is admitted. The rooms are great and overall I'd give the hotel a good grade. HOWEVER, I have had a couple of problems. I have repeatedly left instructions at the front desk for specific timing on maid service and even followed... More

Stopped into Phoenix for a conference at the end of a two week vacation. After two weeks on the road, I can say the Residence Inn was one of our favorite places that we stayed at. The conference was at the nearby JW Marriott Desert Ridge. The Residence Inn was half the price. The room was decorated nicely with a... More
