After 2 visits to this hotel, I can confirm that the atmosphere is serene, and the staff is outstanding. The food is excellent. The front desk accommodated our request for a room location change with no problem. There are many pools to choose from, great walking and biking areas, and a lovely spa & gym.

Arizona Biltmore is an excellent resort. Beautiful grounds, excellent service by wonderful, helpful people. Clean big room but the furniture looks like it's been there for quite awhile, works good and one could make an argument that it is "rustic" furniture. That being said, I enjoyed my stay immensely and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
