I was on visit recently to the Arizona Biltmore for buisness..overall great hotel, great location, and great service! Only one negative thing was dealing with one of the bell captains(Chris). I came down to the bellstand for some help and was dealing with Chris. The way he talk to me was very discourteous and demenor was very unfriendly. I Just...

I delayed by close to a year, my review of the Arizona Biltmore, because my observations are seriously based on the Easter week/weekend. I am going to tell you what the hotel did NOT tell me, that they should have: An enormous group books almost the entire property for a "Passover VIP" event (apparently many many years running). The issue...

Truly an amazing resort. Every nook and cranny is a work of art. The architecture is amazing and while it may be daunting at first since it is heavy on the concrete, even non-fans of Frank Lloyd Wright can appreciate it. The main pool is amazing, and the lights and fire at night create quite an ambiance. Will 100% go...

We stayed here for one night - just before we left for a three-week trip to Greece. Nice place to stay just before a long flight. Lovely hotel and grounds. Helpful staff and decent restaurants and bar. Drinks a bit pricey, but it goes with the territory I suppose. Would gladly stay here again. Its a one time must hotel...

We escaped for Xmas weekend 2011. Nice rooms, and very elegant property overall. As you might expect everything is very expensive on site (.ie Starbucks coffe is about 80% more than in real world). Loved the golf courses (2). Not desert courses - more like a nice "Munies" with forgiving fairways. Links course wraps around the entire property. Pool area...

My husband and I just spent 3 nights at the Arizona Biltomore where he was attending a conference. Our room was spacious and newly renovated. We had a king-sized bed, large TV and 2 sinks in the bathroom. We had a patio that overlooked one of the pools. The linens were lovely and the bed was comfortable, although a bit...

This is a beautiful hotel; it’s like a piece of art. The grounds are well maintained, the rooms are spacious and there’s plenty to see and do. There’s golf, spa treatments, tennis, hiking, you name it they have it. I had a car service take me to the hotel, Phoenix is hard to get used to their surface streets. There’s...

My husband attended a conference at the Arizona Biltmore and ask that I share his experience. This is an incredibly beautiful hotel what is well maintained and with a very friendly staff. It apprears to be seriously understaffed. The wait line for Frank & Albert's Restaurant for an 8 am. breakfast was much too long with a number of empty...

No water first night...construction/renovation in room adjacent to mine next day. This hotel reminds me of Undercover Boss, but in this episode the employees try their hardest, and managment can't get out of their way. The construction next to me was an all-day buzz so - management feigned not being aware of the (ongoing) construction project.
Excellent restaurants, excellent front...
