We were put in this hotel when the conference hotel filled up and couldn't accommodate us. We stayed on one additional night and were shocked to learn that the charge for that night was $486! What did we get for that charge? Not much! Parking was an additional $29/day. Wi-fi was an additional $10/day. Local calls were $1 each. Rooms... More

I was expecting more luxury, rooms are really average, and expensive. Even a white fridge next to the desk! But service was excellent, and the 11th floor with concierge and all day long drinks and food is definitely a plus. Ideally located next to a mall. More

The Ritz Carlton name usually conjures up thoughts of luxury. These thoughts do not apply to this hotel. It is really not more than a room at the Hilton or Marriott. But, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The high point of the room was the towels which are very soft and plush. The bed had a pretty worn... More

I attended a conference at the Ritz-Carlton in Phoenix and found it to be very clean, the staff very attentive, and the food and other service prices high. But of course.... it is a Ritz-Carlton. In an age when most hotels provide internet service gratis, the cost at the Ritz was $9.95 per day on top of their high room... More

I stayed here a couple of other times over the last 4 years, and the place is as perfect as ever. I recognized many of the staff and vice versa. Each staff member always asks how everything is and if there is anything they can do better. If there is an issue, their internal radios (that each staff member wears)... More

We stayed at this location near the New Year Holiday and loved it. We are from Arizona so we are familiar with the Phoenix area. We chose the Ritz for two reasons, we've stayed before and liked it, and for its central location. It is right across the street from an upscale outdoor mall with a Saks and many nice... More

Warning - do not go to this tea thinking it will be lunch. Our group went to the Afternoon Tea at noon expecting finger sandwiches, scones and desserts as we'd seen advertised in several places. Scones and dessert course were as expected but the first course was teeny tiny things like a tiny tart shell with shrimp salad, a piece... More

This hotel was top notch, excellent service and very clean. They did charge me twice for an included breakfast, however, they remedied that. This place is not setup as a resort, but more for business. If you here for leisure I would pass on this hotel an go for a resort on the area. For example, the pool and spa... More

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton over the Thanksgiving holidays when we attended a Field Hockey tournament in the Phoenix area. The hotel and its' staff went out of their way to accommodate the team of 16-17 year old girls and all the parents. I'm sure that trying to manage a group of teenage girls is not the norm for... Spend 2 nights here with my family. This is not a resort, it is a business travelers hotel. However, I was not there for business, but a rest after hiking the canyon. This hotel was perfect for me. The staff were incredibly friendly. I felt completely at home and we did not even leave the hotel all weekend. We ate... More
