We will not stay here again! Room was dirty and outdated and there were bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. cable tv or phone didn't work. when checking out, they acted as if they didn't care. pool and jacuzzi were clean and location is good.

I visited Havasu Springs Resort twice, most recently in May 2011 and stayed in both poolside and marina rooms. My poolside room was large and had a kitchen and patio overlooking a lawn and the lake. In the last 3 or so years this resort has been undergoing HUGE renovations. It just keeps getting better and better. The hotel rooms have been updated, some have kitchens. Been coming here for years and yes the rooms were starting to look beat up. But just got back the the rooms look amazing. New carpet, paint, fixtures, beds, and cold air all night. The restaurant is great but gets pretty crowded. Nice folks. We will keep coming back for years to come.
