Me and my family stayed at Insel between the 20th til the 24th of April and enjoyed everything about our stay. The friendly and helpful hospitality the staff greeted us with was amazing. We stayed at the Insel on the 8th and 9th of April. The staff are friendly and the rooms were very spacious. Favourite part was the buffet breakfast every morning. Hotel is very close to town, so only a bus ride in, which only takes 10 mins. Thank you to all staff for your warm hospitality.

I was in Apia last month with 10 friends from American Samoa to celebrate my birthday, "Butterly Kisses". The "Butterfly Kisses" group was treated like rock stars by the staff. Our one-week stay at Insel was great....very relaxing. The rooms were great except the showers. They were too small. I would not recommend it to a claustrophobic person. Another thing was the towels.
