The hotel is old, true. The staff is not the friendliest people you will ever meet, true. Breakfast is not outstanding, true. However, it is cheap and centrally located, which was all I was looking for last time I traveled to Buenos Aires. If they maintain the rates, I would go again.

This hotel is a little bit old (bedrooms, hall) however it's clean. Very good location of the hotel (a few steps from the Avenida De Mayo & Avenida 9 de Julio) and close to all commodities. We had a big fridge in the bedroom. Nice and good choice for the breakfast. Staff is correct and helpful.

I stayed here on my first visit to BsAs. On my 5 subsequent visits, I stayed elsewhere. I prefer the kind of hotel room where you can walk into and do not have to climb over the bed because the single suitcase has taken up all the floor space.
