The hotel had a great location in the city, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet had very few selections and was in a small room with no windows. The furnishings were all older and the carpet was worn. We were close to many restaurants and were able to take walking tours.

You can't beat the location of this hotel. Situated in a Maipu street, hotel Elevage did not impress us at all. Our bath was litteraly leaking and the provisions in the room and in the breakfast corner were oldfashioned. Luckilly the hotel was clean and close to the city center.

The best part of the location of this hotel is that it is within walking distance of a lot of Buenos Aires. A park is just down the street and Florida Avenue shopping is two blocks away. My experience in this place was bad, I will not visit again until it's get remodeled. Unpleaseant stay, Bathroom are not clean, and not practical there are not shower doors, water gets all over the bath floor, old carpet, small TV you can barely watch it from your bed.
