I just stayed one day. It is realy nice if you are in a relaxing plan, you can find a bar in the first floor, where you can share with people over the world. I recommend it. I slept with more people in the room, but it was ok. You can pay before staying there.

THe place is huge and not friendly as u have the feeling to be back in a huge building for student accommodation. Pros: Staff was really nice and helpful. Cons: We were in a 4 beds dormitory, and it was tiny!!! Felt like a jail cell with nothing else than beds and tiny windows high up. Door did not close. I was travelling alone and was able to meet people. Everyday they organized a different dinner and told us about good places to go out at night. The hostel is located in a good area. We stay 1 week in che lagarto hostel. Very friendly staff they help as . Very clean i feel like home. We are coming buck soon.

This hostel is guaranteed price/quality the best that San Telmo can offer. If you like to meet new people, have a beer in the garden and socialize with the world, this is the place to be.

we just came back from buenos aires two days ago, we spend one week in che lagarto hostel. the staff were amazing :) Ale and Daniel from the Recpation were amazing, and ofcourse also amiliano .... felt just like home!!
