“Nice hotel and restaurant shame about the location”

Have stayed here twice one last month. Hotel rooms are a decent size. Try not to get one close to the lifts as it sounds like an aircraft taking off every time a lift goes past your floor. “What you expect of an Intercontinental”

Location: very central. Close to all the major tourist sites yet on a pleasantly quiet street. We walked to and from the hotel many times. Day, night. Not once did we feel in anyway unsafe. A group of seven of us enjoyed our stay in buenos aires intercontinental on two occasions in April. All the rooms were spacious and clean. “Great hotel, not so great location.”

This hotel had everything except a good location. Rooms were great, the whole place was beautiful, and the morning buffet was perfect. Unfortunately the downtown location in a very old area wasn't attractive or nice for walking around. Had to take a taxi everywhere.
