This is a basic hotel but its location is great as it is near the liveliest parts of Palermo and feels safe to wander at night but unlike other parts of Palermo it's very near the subte underground station to access the other attractions of BsAs. It was also the most economical for us though not cheap by any measure.... More

Room was mouldy. Sheets were stainy. No bath tub. No hot water. Shower head was basically behind the door and no space. Water wouldn't drain. All together horrible. Tiny room. Breakfast was so average. Glasses for juice was a shot size. Paid $70 for one night didn't worths of $40

Although the staff is super helpful and kind and the location itself excellent, the quality/price is really bad. If you are looking just for a place to sleep in a good location and don't mind poor quality and services, than you might give it a try. A special note to the bathroom which, in my room, was ensuite but came... More

We booked this hotel last minute, basically because it was cheap and we just wanted a room for a few hours before our international flight home. Room was tiny (2 twins), form the middle of the room, I was no further than 5 feet from any of the four walls. No air conditioning, no phone (not sure I have ever... More

Great location, easy access and great breakfast. Great value for money. Staff super friendly and customer oriented. Examples, we got our breakfast at 7am on date of departure even though breakfast is usually served from 7.30am. I lost a cell phone and some other property and anticipated trouble in making a report to the Police as I do not speak... More

First of all, the location of the hotel is not bad.. The rooms aren't as good, but they're ok. The staff is terrible, they changed my reservation, they never called me, they just sent me an email which I couldn't even reply to. I went there personally to make a reservation for 10 days, they told me that the price... More

We stayed here for three nights while in BA. Not quite sure it deserves the boutique tag but is a lovely place nonetheless. Rooms are clean and the showers excellent. One room we stayed in had a TV, the other two didn't. Beds are very comfortable. The best thing about the place for us was the staff who are super... More

Stayed 1 night, must say I was a bit disappointed a few fronts – bearing in mind this was our 5th Argentian hotel so I had a pretty good grasp of what we could expect: 1) No TV in room – that didn't bother me too much as we were out early and back very late but I usually catch... More

Decent location not too far from all the trendy bars and restaurants with easy access to the centre with the near by plaza italia tube stop. This is not however a boutique hotel it is an upgraded and very nicely decorated hostel with plenty of private rooms. The rooms themselves are small but with everything you need for a good... More

Super hotel, bedrooms basic but nicely decorated, only quibble about the place was the poorly designed shower/ wetroom with the uphill drain which made the bathroom a little prone to flooding. Otherwise wonderful hotel, close to plaza Italia and busy Ave Santa Fe, but quiet street & walkable to nice restaurants in Palermo area. We had a really enjoyable stay... More
