A small, intimate hotel in a walkable area of Palermo Hollywood. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance, including Palermo Soho attractions. The hotel, and the surrounding area, is currently undergoing some renovation, especially in the garden side, but I didn't find any of this bothersome. The hotel staff were very friendly and bilingual. Free wifi too.

We spent four fantastic days in this very pleasant boutique hotel. The location in Palermo is excellent and the hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere. The service was impeccable and very friendly. Thanks to Gustavo and Carolina that made our week in Argentina a true pleasure. We will come back.

A nice boutique hotel in Palermo Hollywood with plenty of restaurants and bars in the locality. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was bright and clean. Rooms at the rear are quieter than those facing the street but major building works next door meant we were awakened at 7am each weekday morning. Excellent breakfast.

Stayed in Ilum for 5 nights in Feb and thought it was fantastic. Rooms: really clean, huge bed, modern finish, lovely attention to detail. Garden view room best. Jacuzzi: worth a visit on the roof. Really could not fault this place - we stayed here for 5 nights in December 2012 - we thought that it was well-priced for what it was ($225/night in peak season), the location was really great (it's in the middle of Palermo Hollywood, close to some very cool restaurants and bars and really good nightlife, and a 5-10 minute walk...
