For a hotel that advertises mini-kitchens in its rooms, it seems a little ridiculous that they seal the mini-fridge and tell you that if you break the seal, they will "assume" you have consumed one of their over-priced beverages. We stayed with our two kids and found the rooms big enough and the staff helpful enough. The location is fine, close to the subway and a few sights. Breakfast was adequate, and they looked after our bags while we nt north for a few days. I'd stay there again

very good hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires. Just make sure you get a room to the back in the main hotel building, not the new part on the back. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Breakfast very good. Staff helpfull and friendly. I will go back

The Apart Hotel Congreso is located just around the corner from the Argentine National Congress.
