“Bliss!”

Elephant Hide lodge is a gem! what an amazing place to stay, amazing views, stunning rooms, a breakfast fit for royalty, most friendly staff and just a general welcome, homely feel, I was truly blown away! I would recommend Elephant Hide lodge to anyone, such a special place! We will definitely be back!!! (sooner rather than later)

“beautiful, but mixed feelings”

The location was a bit out of the way. It is a drive up & around the hills over & 10 mins away from the main docks of the city. At least it provided and incredible view of the bay (not the heads). Our room was gorgeous & the breakfast was exceptional. The pool & lodge area were quite nice.... More

We came at the weekend with my daughters over the South African school holidays. This is not your normal blue and white pastel, seaside guesthouse. “Beautiful property”

Would recommend this guest lodge. We stayed here for our honeymoon for a couple of days and really was first class. With amazing views over the Lagoon and our personal balcony with a very spacious room, walk in wardrobe room and massive bathroom with jacuzzi bath. We couldnt have asked for any more.

An amazing place with amazing service,the personal touch and friendliness.The accommodation has an unspoiled view of the lagoon whilst the food is top notch. Thanks for an amazing stay,we will be back for sure.

This was an amazing place to stay with first class service. The breakfast was gorgeous, could not fault anything. Our lodge was fantastic, great bathroom......loved the double shower! The staff and owners were friendly and helpful. Will be visiting again!

The view from Elephant Hide, literally takes your breath away. The lodge is situated high up overlooking the Knysna Lagoons.
