Welcoming, good ambience and great meeting venue. It took me some time to enter the parking lot due to extra stringent measures to regulate entrance for non residents because of the Jazz festival. great atmosphere despite the long quo for breakfast in the morning.

Stayed overnight at the hotel while on a office trip. Courteous staff with good Servise. Though my room Servise order took 40 mins (I was told 20) but I am nit picking here. In the morning the breakfast spread was excellent.

Rooms here are pretty standard but by US standards, people may consider them small. Bathrooms may also be considered small by US standards, although there is a tub. Excellent service, fine immaculate rooms with great location walking distance (10 mins) to V & A and CBD. Stayed for 4 days and used for ideal base for visiting the whole of the Cape area. Only ate breakfast at hotel which was also superb_ only hotel I've stayed wit choice of 4 different types of sausages.
