We stayed regularly in this B&B, for the last three years. Main reason: it splendid location, near by CBD and Labia movies, with good restaurants in a very alive area by evenings. We stayed in the family room. The room, linen and bathroom was very clean. The futon is not suitable for children to sleep on. Noisy, squeaky floor boards. Breakfast good but very basic and the same every morning. Very limited parking. Friendly host. Will not stay again.

My wife and I have just stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is really nice and very handy to both Table Mountain & Kloof Street. The pool area also has nice views of Table Mountain. Many thanks Pat for a warm and lovely stay!

We arrived early and we could get our room at that moment. Very nice room and we enjoyed our stay very much. The room was next to the swimming pool and had a nice view of the Table Mountain.Very safe area and close by a nice place(Carlucci's) to lunch or have a simple evening meal.
