“Wonderful place to be.”

Wonderful hotel with excellent breakfast, spacious and comfortable room. The pools are a must, with monkeys walking around. It has a mini bird sanctuary and a huge garden to walk or just relax. “Never disappoints”

It was our fourth stay here and once again we had an enjoyable time. Central location, easy to reach Valley of Waves, Entertainment Centre and walking trails. There is a heated pool at the hotel which is great during winter.

The Cascades is overall like Sun City : very expensive, low value/money, artificial, oldish. “Nice hotel but useless staff”

We were a part of a large group, and the hotel and facilities were very good, however the staff were generally rude, unhelpful and not very effective. It didn't happen to me, but some of the people in the group had left small amounts of money in the room and it was stolen, restaurants and surrounding areas were very good.
