I think that any negative reviews this place gets is by people who aren't keeping things in perspective. This place has 4 stars, not 5 stars. I have read some of the poor reviews and I am not sure where they stayed, but all i can say is that the lodge is stunning! Great food, great staff, perfect location and the rooms are really nice. I was really impressed. I would recommend it to everyone.

It is a wonderfully located lodge with beautiful views. The service was outstanding and the food was of impecable standard. We thoroughly enjoyed the game drive and was happy to have such a knowledgable guide who knew all the prime locations of where the animals would most likely be. Everything was perfect. Would definately recommend it.

The hotel is Well located and the Service is 5 star! We spent four incredible days visiting the park and enjoying the facilities of the hotel, the swimming pool, the Body massage and the Restaurant overlooking the park is great with excelente food.
