My husband arranged a surprise stay at the Royal Elephant Hotel for my birthday. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty! From the moment I booked into the Royal Elephant Hotel till the moment I left it was just the best experience in Hotel Hospitality that I have ever witnessed. An upmarket venue ideal for conferences due to it being away from any city centre. Breakfast menu at conference facility very broad and fairly priced. The check inn was very efficient. Rooms were clean.very nice bathrooms and very roomy showers.breakfast was good only floor staff were very cold. not one of the staff had a smile.Olga at reception was excellent.,from the time we made reservations until check out she was very pleasant. free wi-fi

My boyfriend and I had lunch at the Royal Elephant. The service from Mpumie was wonderful! The venue itself is AMAZING! I can honestly say that if I were to get married soon, this would be the venue I would choose!!!! Well done!!!
