Stayed in the hotel for one night. The customer service was excellent from the time I first emailed after having failed to make a booking online. The room was very clean. The hotel provides good value for money. This is a good hotel for overnight stays or if you are on budget.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in December. The rooms are clean and we enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to Gateway Shopping Centre and the beach. However, it would be wonderful if the rooms are divided into smoking and non-smoking.
