After 27hrs in Johannesburg trying to connect to Durban, I was given a special treat by Edith and Leon of the Upper Room. An awesome couple with a unique hospitality touch! “Calm and Cozy”

Stayed with Edith and Leon for three nights during a trade show. Just 15 minutes away from the ICC. My upstairs room (1) had a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Great for business, as it had all the essentials and more, and was calm and quiet. Delicious breakfast prepared by Connie. Bentley an adorable little "companion" during our stay.... More

“A very comfortable stay”

Lovely comfortable rooms with en suite shower. Hosts Edith and Leon and gorgeous little Bentley were warm and welcoming and truly made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble and they even cooked a meal for us. We will be back

Thank you so much for excellent hospitality, everything was perfect from the geographical location to the friendly ambience. The room was well kept and clean providing a comfortable and happy stay. The breakfast's were delicious and well presented. I felt secure and well look aftered. Will definately return here for accomodation.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Very friendly and welcoming owners and staff.
