“A glorious return”

We stayed at Milkwood Manor this time last year and have returned for seven days because it is a great time of year to be in Plett, the weather is excellent, not too many people completing for bookings at the excellent resturants (which includes Lemon Grass) and the wide variety of activities in Plett and the surrounding areas. This hotel is truly a gem! Breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean, wonderful accommodations and a very friendly staff. A true five star experience. Kees the owner greats you at morning breakfast and helps with information to make days adventures special.

“Wonderful stay”

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Milkwood manor. Very family friendly and we got lots of advice on family outings in the area. The kids loved the canoes, breakfasts and having their own room! The dinner at the restaurant is also highly recommended.

We stayed three nights and enjoyed a spacious, comfortable and quiet room on the top level overlooking the lagoon. The rooms are stylish and clean. “Sensational views”

Recently spent 4 nights here as we were attending a wedding . What a wonderful place .the rooms were nicely furnished with lovely views across the lagoon . The breakfast was delicious taken on the terrace with the most sensational sea and mountain views The daily car wash was a bonus too !! A lovely place to stay in Plett

We stayed here for only one night but would have loved to have stayed for much longer. Our rooms overlooked the beach and were large and airy with the most fantastic views. “We could have stayed here for a few days”

Unfortunately, we had only one night in Milkwood. We would have loved to avail of the canoes that Kees (the host) offered us to paddle around the creek, and there lovely walks in the area. “Great location”

Nice location outside of the busy town. Free kayaks for going on the river that runs right by. Ocean beach is right there as well. Expensive to stay compared to other equivalent places in South Africa but it has a great restaurant attached and the rooms are pretty nice. We would stay again. Friendly owner.
