We didnt expect this to be such a great place, the rooms are awesome and a great view too. Large room with lots of space. Been past many times but will certainly stay here again. More

Very clean rooms with a very nice, welcoming and charming indian design. Although a bit confusing at the first place as the front desk is actually within the store. The food was also very good and the portions HUGE! Location very strategic to reach either Monument Valley or the Grand Canyon - very nice spot. More

After spending all day at the Grand Canyon the location of this hotel fitted our itinerary perfectly. It allowed us to watch the sunset at Desert View and be in our lodgings at a reasonable hour to enjoy dinner in their restaurant. We were travelling from the Grand Canyon to Monument Valley and this allowed us a comfortable hotel, that... More

While the hotel is somewhat isolated, the location met our needs perfectly. We were happy with our room as it was bright, spacious and comfortable. Check-in was very quick. We enjoyed/ appreciated the opportunity to do some light shopping and have dinner at the on-site restaurant following a week-long backpacking trip in the South Rim. While the restaurant does not... Me & my husband stayed in Cameron Trading Post hotel during Christmas while visiting Grand Canyon. The Trading post is basically more famous for their gift store & restaurant but we were not very impressed with their hotel service. We arrived the day before Christmas & the front desk was closed after hours with a board saying contact security at... More

Stayed there in April, 2011. we had planned to stay in one of the lodges in the Grand Canyon, but left it too late. Found this place when searching TA and liked the reviews. Check in was a bit slow, but I think that you have to get used to "Indian time". Things move slow around there. Rooms were nice,... More

Room was ok, but linens and maid service was mediocre at best. Staff varied from complete apathy to annoyed to subtly hostile. Place revolves around large souvenir shop filled with lots of cheap junk. Dont be fooled by map that show GCNP 30 miles away, thats the park boundary. Its another 25 miles to the most eastward view of the... More

I found this place in the AAA book and we were happy with the rate. Rooms were comfortable and beds were so new that the box springs still had plastic on them. Beds were GREAT. We had a room facing the garden, so it was very peaceful. Food was good as well. Portions are huge though, so plan on splitting... More

I booked a room here based on Trip Advisor recommendations and the AAA discounted rate. I was very surprised at how nice the rooms were with great western decor and comfortable beds. There is a great restaurant onsite with some of the biggest pieces of fry bread I have ever seen! The wait staff in the restaurant were all very... More

When we came upon this spot in the middle of no where we had no idea how wonderful it would be. The restaurant had excellent food and the room was above average-Especially for the rate that they charged. Outside our room was a wonderful garden with two fountains. I would not hesitate to recommend this "surprise" to anyone going to... More
