We stayed here 15/12/2012. We pulled up and parked the car in the back which didnt look very appealing. The reception for this hotel is situated in the Gateway Hotel about three buildings down the road. We had a lovely welcome from the receptionist and were offered a choice of rooms. The hotel seems to be an extension of the gateway hotel and doesn't really have its own reception. The room was nice but v cold and with one small electric heater it took all night to warm up! There were fag buts in the toilet and no hot water that night or the next morning. The breakfast was nice though... More
