Like PeterS (7 January) and ilovegoldens (4 January), we are shocked at the review 'Not as it seems of 30 December'. First suspicions were aroused when we noticed the word MEDIOKA. We were shocked and amazed at this review. We stayed at the Mehtap last June and could not find one single fault with the hotel, staff or any other aspect. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children only to discover the children were sharing a bed because they wanted to put our 3 year old in a cot! Breakfast medioka but nothing special. Floors very slippery and if you think they're animal lovers you're wrong! They have a new cat/kitten every year to please the English tourist... More

We highly recommend the Mehtap, even though we travelled late in the season and the town/hotel were very quiet we were made to feel welcome.
